DR Staff Development

Our desire is to promote a higher level of teamwork among our employees, as well as provide opportunities for them to learn new skills and techniques to help them to do their best work possible.

  We would like to hold four large activities during the year: two for building teamwork and appreciation, the other two will be to enhance their education.

The budget to fund this ministry to lift and better our staff for one year is $6,000, and we are thankful for your gift of any amount.
